1. Scope
Applies to all paid services purchased from Devithor Excellence.
2. Cancellation
Clients may cancel services within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no work has commenced. After 7 days or once work begins, cancellations may incur a fee.
3. Refunds
- Pre-work Cancellation: 100% refund.
- Post-work Start: Pro-rated refund minus any work completed and expenses.
- Digital Products: Non-refundable once delivered.
4. Process
To cancel or request a refund, email support@devithor.com with your order details.
5. Exceptions
Custom projects with signed agreements may have specific cancellation or refund terms detailed in the contract.
